Environment
Any browser, but will use Firefox 45 for reproduction example.
How to reproduce
- Open Firefox
- Navigate to about:preferences#content
- Click on choose button in Languages section
- Add Korean language and move it on top
- Navigate to http://adblockplus.org/
- Observe

404 Error is shown
Expected behaviour
Redirect to English version of the homepage

This issue were affecting also Italian, Greek, Polish, Japanese, Portuguese, I removed the translation for that languages to only affect Korean meanwhile while we had that issue for Korean for longer time and no complains yet.

Guys can you please have a look ? Meanwhile I'll investigate more I assume it's somehow connected how we are doing a redirect hope we can find a solution.
