Description (last modified by matze)
As part of our membership in the Online Trust Alliance, we are audited every year in the Online Trust Audit. It was suggested that we publish a DMARC record in our DNS, in order to increase our trust score.
ToDo
- Define our DMARC policy
- Introduce record for adblockplus.org
- Introduce record for eyeo.com

Also, I don't think #2677 is blocking here?

... which we did in the last year, step by step. Hence this is actually not blocked, or not blocked any more, except for maybe #3250. The latter was never officially finished, but is not a biggie either. And the other ticket mentioned above is not blocking this one either, but was indeed a copy+paste error.
Anyway, here is the record suggestion (for review by @fred, @darkue, or @fhd):
_dmarc.example.com 86400 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:postmaster@example.com"
The intention is to not change whatever behavior has been applied so far, except for the extension of mailing reports to our respective mailing lists (see #3140).

Well, it isn't exactly simple, I tried to point that out years ago already but we first need to clean our email infrastructure.
