Chrome: 51.0.2704.84

How to reproduce

  1. Run test server for new options page
  2. Click on "Add other website language" button
  3. Click on any "Add" button next to any language
  4. Close the dialog window
  5. Observe language list in General tab

Observed behaviour

Filter list shown twice.

Expected behaviour

Filter list shown once.
