Background
We have a public IRC channel where people can get in touch with devs and other people from the team. However, usually people don't stay online long enough for one of us to notice and reply to them. This may have various reasons such as people being inexperienced with IRC, being too impatient or writing at times when most of the team is offline.
That's a real pity since we'd love to help people and get their feedback on what we do. Therefore we should add a note to the page where we mention our IRC chat to explain ourselves a bit better.
