The Block Element Window is displayed twice and requires two inputs to close

After selecting the 'Block Element' option from the right-click context menu, the user is presented with a pop-up window that gives the option to add the desired filter, or to cancel the action.

Upon selecting either the 'Add' or 'Cancel' options the window should close and either a. Add the filter to the filters or b. Cancel the pop-up window and not add any filter.

Currently, when the user selects the 'Block Element' option from the right-click context menu and then proceeds to select either 'Add' or 'Cancel', he is asked if he is sure he wishes to close the window. Once selecting OK the user is then presented with exactly the same window, which appears to have been created behind the original window. The user then needs to select the desired option again to complete the action.

How to reproduce

1. Select Block Element from the right click context menu
2. Select 'Add' or 'Cancel'
3. Select Yes in the closing web browser prompt

Observed behaviour

Two windows are present, requiring the user to complete to of the same actions to close the window.

Expected behaviour

Only one window should be active and one action should be needed to close the window.
