Win 8.1 Pro
All browsers.
How to reproduce
- Go to https://adblockplus.org/blog/adblock-plus-for-microsoft-edge-available-for-windows-insiders-on-a-fast-ring
- Resize the browser window width below 650px.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on any section in the footer (ex. Resources)

Observed behaviour
Sections are not expanding on mouse click.
Expected behaviour
Sections should expand on mouse click.
