Description
Background
There is a hardcoded known_hosts file being copied to ~rsync/.ssh/known_hosts on download servers. It is unnecessary because we have a system-wide known_hosts file now.
What to change
Don't install ~rsync/.ssh/known_hosts file (needs to be removed manually on already provisioned servers). Access the server as server16.adblockplus.org rather than ssh.adblockplus.org.
