Background
We would like to implement meta data consistently across websites.
What to change
- Define a standard set of requirements for meta data on eyeo websites
- Provide a default implementation of these requirements

@saroyanm I think we should prioritize this, port it to existing websites (if compatible), and use it to resolve #1167 && #1274.
