Add application, applicationVersion, platform and platformVersion to filter list requests

Background

This is a follow-up issue for #3653, which temporarily introduced a missing query string parameter.

We rely on application parameters sent when downloading resources like easylist.txt, etc. as basis for debugging and analyses.
AdblockBrowser for iOS currently doesn't provide the parameters applicationVersion, platform and platformVersion while the application parameter remains hardcoded. These 4 parameters need to be set on application startup for ABP to utilize them in filter list requests.

What to change

Change the query string parameter while requesting filter lists as outlined below:
