Create a tool/script to pickup revolving adservers

Not specifically an Adblock Plus issue, but as list authors many adservers (popads, propellerads, adsterra) are now adding new randomly generate server names on a daily/hourly basis which can be time consuming to monitor.

I would like a linux script (perl/python/bash etc) that would pick up the website changes and format accordingly. Looking at something semi-automated/automated that would then allow us to commit changes quicker when the adserver is re-added to the site. Check the ad url exist (whois/digg) to avoid possible spam/junk commits.
