Description

Background

We got a support ticket from a user who is requesting a way to disable the autofill of bookmarked sites to address bar.

Example:
bookmark arstechnica.com
clear browser history
in address bar, type in "ar"
notice arstechnica.com is autofilled as a suggested website.

What to change

Add in a toggle to disable that the autofill or suggestion of bookmarked websites. Or, include it in the main suggested URL parameters.'
