Background
We want to have a clear way to apply for whitelisting.
What to change
Make the Get Whitelisted menu entry (acceptableads.com/solutions/get-whitelisted/) from under Solutions (acceptableads.com/solutions/) a top level menu entry (acceptableads.com/get-whitelisted/).
