Navigation bar on adblockplus.org broken on mobile

Description
Background
We are hiding the navigation menu on adblockplus.org when using a small screen and only show it when clicking on the navigation bar.
How to reproduce
- Go to https://adblockplus.org/en/donate
- Decrease the width of your browser window until the navigation menu disappears
Observed behaviour
The navigation bar is empty (title and hamburger icon are missing) and clicking on it doesn't do anything.
Expected behaviour
The navigation bar contains the title (or some other text) and the hamburger icon and clicking on it shows the navigation menu.

Currently, the header is showing the navigation list element for the page the visitor is on. However, on pages like the donation page, for which we don't have a navigation list item, there won't be anything in the header which makes it unusable.
A possible solution for that would be to show the text "Adblock Plus" in the header instead of the navigation list element.
