Background

In #4354 / #4355 a regression was introduced, which prevents the release automation from succeeding. This dependency update fixes the bug.

What to change

Update the buildtools dependency in adblockpluschrome to:

Hints for testers

The dependency update should not affect the builds for chrome / gecko-webext at all, the included changes should only update the edge extension and the release automation.
