Background
People operations is switching to a new recruiting software (greenhouse).
What to change

After clicking on apply now and in connection within the application form
(i) a check box must be implemented incl.
(ii) a link to our (not Greenhouse's privacy policy)

This is not part of the eyeo.com website, therefore I'm closing this as invalid, but:
The only way I could find to accomplish this is by adding a custom Additional Question. There seems to be no way to add this by default for all jobs, but you can copy Additional Questions from existing jobs.
Unfortunately the only way to have it required is use a Single Select (Drop-down) with a single option Yes. The Yes/No type greenhouse offers also accepts No as an answer which is not sufficient in this case.
I added a job named Privacy Policy from which you can copy the question each time you add a new job, see:
