Description

Background

We did implemented tweaks section in #2374, the implementation mostly were reused during the redesign of the options page in #5158, but in the new specs the wording and as a result implementation is different (ex.: "Show useful notifications").

What to change

Adjust the customize section options and implementation to reflect the ​specificaitons

I'm not yet sure how important is this change, I think the priority can be changed, if the reflection/wording and implementation adjustments to reflect the specs is not high importance on this point.
