Description
Background
libadblockplus-android settings UI has some texts in English as default language.
However it's desired to be translated to as much languages as possible (25 at the moment). See http://hub.eyeo.com/issues/4082#change-15526 for the languages and translation file.
What to change
We need to add XML files to support more languages.
