Background

As discussed ​here, we decided to remove the "Build-and-Release-Tools" module and introduced the "Automation" module which among others covers the code previously covered by "Build-and-Release-Tools".

What to change

Rename "Build-and-Release-Tools" module to "Automation" on issues.adblockplus.org.
