Background

We do not using any framework for doing a unit test in adblockplusui.
Introduce unit testing framework to adblockplusui

What to change

Agree on a unit test framework and include into the project

Platform team is using Qunit, Flattr team uses Mocha.

WebExt and Core have decided on Mocha in #6884 so, considering that I'd like to have some automated tests for the logic in ui#9 which I'm currently working on, I'll try to get a minimal setup up and running. Therefore please let me know in case of any objections.
