Environment

Win10 pro 64bit
Chrome v64.0.3282.119
ABP 1.13.5
EasyList (as of 2:24am Jan 27, 2018)
also, non-intrusive advertising is enabled/allowed

How to reproduce

  1. Go to ​https://tv.youtube.com/
  2. (signing in will be required, sorry. There is a 7 day free trial.)
  3. Watch a saved video from broadcast
  4. If video freezes after 14 seconds, you've found it

Observed behaviour

Problem is, unfortunately, intermittent. Killing the Chrome processes and starting fresh sometimes fixes it. Other times a full reboot fixes it. I recently discovered that disabling ABP always fixes it.
Video freezes solid, but Youtube TV UI is still responsive.

Expected behaviour

Video to play successfully and consistently.
