Windows Store doesn't except builds due to unregistered product name translations

How to reproduce

1. Run ./build.py build -t edge -b 2180 from within adblockpluschrome.
2. Submit the resulting build to the Windows Store

Observed behaviour

The build is rejected with following errors:

Expected behaviour

Don't translate the display name in order to avoid this problem. This will also make the workaround implemented in #7024 redundant.
