Hints for testers

In addition to ​the spec changes:

• Existing users should be able to update to the new version without being told that the extension requires new permissions.
• Extension should not be disabled after users update to the new version.
• Checkbox in issue reporter should not be visible on Firefox (both old and new).
• Build ID is only added to issue report data in Firefox.
• The browser prompt that appears when clicking on the checkbox in the issue reporter doesn't appear anymore after having accepted the permissions for the first time. The extension needs to be reinstalled for users to see that dialog again.
• Domain and ad blocked counter in bubble UI should work as intended.
