Description
there is a ./build.py updatepsl command which we need to convert to an npm script like npm run updatepsl

This is currently being addressed in #7121.
(PS: Note that the module Adblock-Plus-for-Chromium is unrelated of the web extension. It is essentially an alias for Orca. Yeah, I complained about that misleading name before.)
