How to reproduce

  1. Run npm install
  2. Run node_modules/.bin/http-server
  3. Go to ​http://localhost:8080/issue-reporter.html?1
  4. Attempt to send an issue report

Observed behaviour

Error message "Error: Tab cannot be found" appears and "continue" button cannot be clicked.

Expected behaviour

Issue reporter flow can be followed until the end and resulting issue report can be inspected.
