Description
When Firefox starts and resumes a previous browsing session, it appears that some pages get loaded before Adblock is ready. The result is that tracking cookies are set, tracking servers are pinged, ads (which may include malware) are loaded, social networks get more info through their buttons, etc.
It has been suggested to enable the hidden and inappropriately named "extensions.adblockplus.please_kill_startup_performance" option, but pages are still loaded before Adblock is ready, so it doesn't work. As privacy and security are two of Adblock's main features according to the web site, it would be great if this problem could be fixed ASAP.

Should this bug really be flagged as a duplicate of #549? It seems to focus on user convenience rather than privacy and security issues.

It's the same issue, regardless of what you focus on - Adblock Plus isn't completely initialized when the browser starts loading pages.
