Background
The 48px and 128px icon needs to be changed again because these are not used in the toolbar but in the "Extensions management page"(48px) and in the Chrome Web Store, Installation dialog and Desktop notifications (128px)
The 1.2 icon versions are ready to implement after going through pngout.
