Background

We already updated buildtools earlier to fix an urgent issue with the Safari build (#1891). However, there are two more changes in there meanwhile that should be pulled in for the upcoming Adblock Plus 1.8.11 release:

#1894
Remove "blend(red, green, blue, opacity)" and "grayscale" image conversions
#1897
Compress auto-generated images with pngout


What to change

Update the "buildtools" submodule to revision ffac8445f588.
