Description
Background
We're moving core extension code into the adblockpluscore repository. Like all repositories adblockpluscore should contain a short README file explaining its function.
What to change
Add a README file to the adblockpluscore repository that explains what its function is. (It acts as a dependency for the extension repositories, providing core, shared functionality.)
