[meta] Move core logic into adblockpluscore repository

Background

Currently core extension code resides in the adblockplus repository along with the code for the Firefox extension. That repository is then a included as a dependency by the other extensions, for example adblockpluschrome.

We need to move core code into the adblockpluscore repository and then include that as a dependency from all extension repositories, instead of adblockplus. (The new adblockpluscore repository will also be a dependency of the adblockplus Firefox extension repository.)

(This is blocking the Typed Objects #145 tickets as the adblockpluscore repository has already been created and the Typed Objects libraries are being created there.)
