Clearing History does not remove all Historical items.

When the user selects to remove their history via either the Hisotry Dashboard, or via the user options settings, the users History should be wiped (dependant on if he selects to delete all or individual parts such as cookies etc.)
Currently, when the user selects to clear all History items either via the dashboard or via the user settings, the History is not removed.
Environment
ABB 1.3.0-qa (844)
iPhone 6 Plus - iOS 9.2.1
How to reproduce
- Visit a series of different sites
- Select the address bar so that the Dashboard opens
- Swipe right to 'History'
- Check that these sites are listed under 'Today'
- Change the devices date to the next day (or alternatively wait until the next day)
- Visit some additional website, some the same from the previous in step 1.
- Select the address bar
- Swipe to the History Dashboard
- Select 'Clear History'
- Select 'Clear' from the pop-up dialog
Observed behaviour
After selecting 'Clear', the History items remain.
Expected behaviour
After selecting 'Clear' all History items should be removed.

I can verify that this not only happens when manually changing the time of the device but also when waiting for a day. Have added this information to the description.
