Background

In ABB, we have disabled Firefox Sync (See #2350, #2417, #2474, #2480, #2785), but in abb_fennec_53_0_2_merge, there's the Synced devices section under History (See attached screenshot), which leads to Firefox Sync sign up.

What to change

Remove the Synced devices section from history.
