Description

Background

Some of our partners request for languages to be supported in AbpChromium.
Since it's libadblockplus-android where i18n files are stored we need to use according revision.

What to change

Update DEPS file to use libadblockplis-android revision 1416d0ca58f92c0542f131888c72ea46437bc84a (github).
