Extra click is require to add filter for block element on redbus site

Environment
Windows Vista 64bit Opera English
ABP version Adblock Plus Version 1.8.5.1221
How to reproduce
- Install ABP extension on Opera.
- Ope website http://www.redbus.in
- Click on ABP icon and select "Block Element".
- Move the mouse over '8' image on right side of the page as shown in attacted image by red circle and click on the image. [The image mentioned here is http://st.redbus.in/Images/carousel/redbus_8year.png]
Observe the behavior.
- Do right click on computer.
Now the 'add filter' dialog opens up.
Filter used is :
www.redbus.in##.top-advertisement

Observed behaviour
After step 4, 'add filter' dialog shall come up but it requires extra click (step 5) to get the filter dialog.
On other sites, 'add filter' dialog comes up as soon as click on element to be blocked.
Expected behaviour
'add filter' dialog shall come on single click on element to be blocked.

This happens when the web page cancels the click event, preventing our click handler from being called. This can be fixed by injecting a click trap element, as described in #1446.
