Description

Background

Some organizations deploying Adblock Plus on their network would like to disable the first run page. See #206 (Firefox) and #278 (Chrome) for more background.

What to change

Add a pre-configurable property (as implemented by #1487 and #1490) to skip the first run page.

There is now a value in a registry key HKCU\Software\AdblockPlus called suppress_first_run_page. It needs to be set to "true" if FRP should be disabled.
