[meta] Make it easier to deploy ABP in networks

Background

We keep hearing from people that want to (or did) install ABP for all clients in their network. That's universities, companies and internet cafés. We're aware of some very large scale deployments. We should make this easier, both by documenting how this can be done and by eliminating any pitfalls we can.
