How to reproduce
- Using Firefox nightlies.
- Open Blocked items first
- Visit http://www.stuff.co.nz/ (Using Easylist + Easyprivacy)
- Page loads around Twice as slow
- Close Blocked items, and refresh, page renders at normal speed.

Observed behaviour
Timed the site with Blocked items showing, is around 2 twice as slow and makes the browser a lot slower while it loads the bloocked items.
Expected behaviour
Showing adblock blocked items shouldn't slow down browsing loading.

It's still slow. I found out that it's the "Count filter hits" option that causes the slow down.

E: apparently an e10s issue, it doesn't happen when disabled.
