Environment
Windows + 7 32bit + Internet Explorer 8 + English
ABP version 1.2.636.0
How to reproduce
- Install ABP from the below url
https://adblockplus.org/devbuilds/adblockplusie/00latest.exe
- Run the exe
- Check for the ABP icon in the IE window

Observed behaviour
ABP icon is not shown although it is installed and enabled. Tried restarting the machine and IE but ABP icon is not shown.
Expected behaviour
ABP icon should be shown in the IE window.

How to reproduce
- Install ABP for IE
- Launch IE
- don't confirm to enable the addon (ignore it). There can be some delay before IE asks about it, so one may even open a couple of tabs while IE is thinking.
- Icon is not shown on the opened tabs until the user confirms to enable the new addon (ABP). It's shown only on the new tabs.

It is not clear at all how to reproduce this. Passbrains issue seems to be deleted too. So is dropbox file. Closing this, since I can't reproduce.
