Move some subscriptions to Miscellaneous section

Background

In the ​known subscriptions page we are listing current subscriptions:

• EasyPrivacy
• Fanboy's Annoyances
• Fanboy's Social Blocking List

Under "Ad blocking" section, which leads to some confusion.

What to change

Move:

• EasyPrivacy
• Fanboy's Annoyances
• Fanboy's Social Blocking List

Subscriptions under "Miscellaneous" section.

Those entries should rather go into the "Miscellaneous" section, together with Easy privacy that is also wrongly listed unter "Ad blocking".

If it's fine with you, let's set this as "reopened" and "blocked by #2823" for now, since this won't be actually fixed until #2823 is dealt with. :)

I have reopened the ticket, but can't edit any other fields. If you could please mark it as "blocked by #2823", that would be most excellent.

Now that #2823 is fixed the Fanboy lists show up in the Miscellaneous section. EasyPrivacy notably still doesn't because it is categorized as being of type "ads" and not "other".

Changing the type of EasyPrivacy will be taken care of by #2825 which will assign it the newly introduced "privacy" type. Therefore I'll add it as "blocked by".
