Description
Environment
IE 11, ABP 1.3.763
How to reproduce
- disable ABP everywhere, one may even restart the browser and ensure that ABP is disabled
- open a lot of tabs, close some and open some again, try to be crazy. Tip: from about:tabs one can open really a lot of tabs without delay.
- btw, on the next browser start ABP is disabled
Observed behaviour
At some moment ABP icon on the status bar becomes red, which means it's enabled, however, only few requests are propagated through our protocol handler and only few elements are blocked by traverser. On the new tabs it continues to look like enabled but according to the log nothing is blocked.
Expected behaviour
It never should be enabled and nothing should be even checked whether it's blocked or not.
