Currently, until we import the test changes of #2040, the preferences tests fail on Chrome. All changes:

#2040: Replace localStorage with chrome.storage
#2047: Update QUnit to version 1.17.1
#2237: Add unit tests for notification opt-out
#2270: First run of the synchronizer unit test fails
#2503: Inconsistent behavior: $document flag implied for exception rules with protocol included

A dependency update is sufficient.

Those changes shouldn't effect the Chrome, Opera and Safari builds.
