Resolution optimization of new options page

Background
The UI team decided to create optimized front-end versions of the new options page for the following three display resolutions:
What to change
Don't show the share overlay (see #2381) on resolutions lower than 800 x 600 (similar to implementation on the first-run page in #2018).
Apply the styles as seen in the attached designs:
General page
- 800 x 600 and higher: Preview - Styleguide
- 1024 x 768 and higher: Preview - Styleguide
- 1280 x 800 and higher: Preview - Styleguide
Beyond that, replace the "popular" tag in the "More blocking options" section with a star icon. Use the "title" attribute to add a tooltip to the star: "Popular blocking option"
Advanced page
- 800 x 600 and higher: Styleguide
- 1024 x 768 and higher: Styleguide
- 1280 x 800 and higher: Styleguide

- Could you please also add designs for the Advanced tab? Because currently it's not clear how the overview table is supposed to wrap on smaller screens.
- What about a browser tooltip for the star icon? e.g. "Popular blocking option"

Thats true, I will add them to this issue.

I didn't wrote it in this issues, but i would do it exactly like you suggested.
