As a user i want to see the bottom bar appear, when using the "Open in Background Tab" method

Background
If you scroll down on a website, the bottom and top bar disappears. If you press and hold a link in this situation and click "Open in Background Tab", the background tab opens, but there is no hint, that this happened. Therefore we added the animation of the tab icon in the bottom bar. This one is not visible in this situation, which lead us to the following change request:
What to change
Let the bottom/top bar appear after you leave the press and hold menu. In the described situation, this should end in showing the animation in the tab icon.

- When pressing the 'Open in New Tab' selection after pressing and holding a link, the bottom browser bar is presented and the animation plays within the 'Tabs' section.
