Improve customization for dashboard items

Background
There is no simple way to add bookmarks to the dashboard, so we decided to improve that.
What to change
We add a "+" button to the dashboard, which looks like this:
If you click the "+" button the dashboard content will fade away, with an animation from bottom to top (so the content will disappear on top of this page). At the other hand, a new page will show up with an animation from bottom to top. On this page you can see all the bookmarks, which are not in the dashboard. If you click on one of these items it will be added to the dashboard and the animation will go backyards. There is also a "Done" button, which also triggers the animation backyards and will show the dashboard again. The top and the bottom bar will be grayed out in the "Add Bookmark to Dashboard" view. The design from the bookmark list is the same such as under "Bookmarks". The differences are shown in the style guide below.
The following label should appear below the "Add Bookmark to Dashboard" section, if all bookmarks are added to the dashboard: "All of your bookmarks have been added to the Dashboard."
The fonts of the "Add Bookmark to Dashboard" items should be the same such as the one from the Bookmarks section
A user should not be able to switch between the screens (to the right, or to the left to reach the Bookmarks or the History page), if he's in the edit mode.

The user is still able to swipe between 'Bookmarks' and 'History' while in Edit Mode.
