DESIGN REQUIRED
Commonly popular UI feature. Addictive and more useful than it may appear from the description. Check Chrome or Opera (or Kitt). Firefox and Safari do not adopt it.
However. It cannot work on pages with javascript driven scrolling - basically any with fancy parallax and/or animation effects along scrolling. For example, see ​http://scrollmagic.io
