NEEDS SPECS

Recalling that this was supposed to be based on some Eyeo universal cross-app feedback receiving service. Status of the service and the API specs is unknown to us. Design missing. Should it be just somewhere in the menu? Should it be alerted about a little more obtrusively? Should we introduce a facility of additional one-time onboarding slide(s), not just for the first app startup but also potential upgrades?
