Windows 10 Insider Preview (build 14697)

How to reproduce

  1. Install the latest version of Adblock Plus from the Windows Store (0.9.9.0)
  2. Leave the extension installed for a few days

Observed behaviour

Filter lists do not update automatically

Expected behaviour

Filter lists update periodically
