This is pretty much the same ticket as #1167 but for different domains. Therefore I'd suggest applying the same changes as the ones we agreed on there.
@lisabielik That ticket also contains more background information than this one and also requires texts.

Echoing Lisa's questions. How do users arrive at these pages? I haven't seen it before either.
I agree that all website pages need to have titles and descriptions. But without knowing how people are arriving there it is also difficult to know the relevancy of including keywords, and what to include in the description.
Thanks @greiner for highlighting #1167. This seems like a more important ticket to tackle first.

Sorry, misread the question. I thought it was unclear where those texts would be shown.
These pages were created for marketing purposes to show users that they can do much more with Adblock Plus than just blocking ads. As far as I remember, these pages were only shared through social media.

So we still need the actual Meta title and description for both the Facebook and YouTube page.
How about the following:
- YouTube Meta title: Customize YouTube with Adblock Plus
- YouTube Meta description: Block annoying video ads, comments and more on YouTube
- Facebook Meta title: Customize Facebook with Adblock Plus
- Facebook Meta description: Block ads from your Facebook newsfeed and more
