Description
Background
Due to Firefox Mobile discontinuing support for classic Firefox extension immediately after it starts officially supporting web extension, we have to provide an options page that offers all features as the current one.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to make the necessary changes to the upcoming new options page (see #5158) in time due to it still being under heavy development. Therefore we decided to create a stripped-down stand-alone version of it for now.
What to change
Implement the mobile options page as specified in the ABP Firefox mobile: Options page Specification (draft).
