Description

Background

One part of #539 is adding proxy functionality to libadblockplus. This should be heavily inspired by the current functionality of ABP for Android. The current API should stay intact - having libadblockplus run a proxy should just be an alternative way of using it, tight integration is still necessary in some cases, e.g. ABP for IE.
