Description

Background

The second part of #539 is to use the new proxy functionality in libadblockplus in ABP for Android.

What to change

The new API needs to be wrapped via JNI and used. Then we can remove tons of now unused code. I'd also lean towards removing any now unused JNI wrappers, but if the layer is currently covering all the libadblockplus API, it might make sense to keep it that way.
